Investment strategy
The fund adopts an asset-based approach towards investing. Primary investments will be made in the debt and equity of small and mid-cap companies with distressed valuations that have strong asset-backed balance sheets.
The fund has flexibility to invest in a wide range of instruments including, but not limited to, listed equities, preferred stocks, convertible securities, equity-related instruments, debt securities and obligations (which may be below investment grade), currencies, commodities, futures, options, warrants, swaps and other derivative instruments.

Ternary Cypress Fund structure is made up of a single class of participating shares and a single class of tokens, ranked on pari passu basis.
